Welcome, my name is Dalyne!
I began my yoga journey about 20 years ago and have been passionate about learning more about this amazing, healing practice ever since.
I am a Registered Yoga Teacher and have completed thousands of hours of trainings.

Learn to Listen to Your Body
Improving wellbeing is more than just a fitness decision, it’s a lifestyle commitment. My classes provide an excellent opportunity to exercise your body and mind, but they’re also places to meet and share with other engaged and like-minded individuals. I offer private classes as well as a variety of group classes.
Yoga Therapy is a comprehensive approach to wellness. These one-on-one sessions enable a self-care practice that treats the whole person in all aspects of their lives. This type of yoga can provide relief from physical suffering, as well as emotional.
It begins with some discussion of a person's current life situation, focuses on yoga philosophy, movement, breathing techniques, relaxation, and meditation, as well as finding a balance in all areas of one’s life.
It helps to harmonize the body, mind and spirit, allowing the individual to be a student of health, therefore empowering them in their own wellness.
Being a Witness
Yoga philosophy is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. Yoga philosophy is incorporated in all classes, to aid in stress management.
We coordinate breathing and physical movement to improve focus and concentration, and help participants maintain control of their body, while sharing yoga philosophy to better balance the fluctuations of the mind.
Movement with Fun
Children's classes incorporate yoga with play, as we incorporate movements to silly songs and explore partner poses.
Yoga philosophy is interactive and relaxation is a guided imagination vacation. We end each class with a short meditation.
Teen classes incorporate all aspects of a regular adult class, in addition to games that require working together and use of the senses. We discuss yoga philosophy in terms of increasing positive self-talk and how to handle peer pressure. These classes end with a guided visualization for relaxation and a short meditation.
Strength, Flexibility and Traction
Aerial Yoga is a great way to decompress the spine while strengthening the core. It is a full body workout with the aid of a hammock which helps increase strength and flexibility, enabling deep stretching. This is a fun way to experience yoga for all ages.
Yoga offers such amazing physical and emotional benefits of strength, flexibility, and calmness, all within an enjoyable fitness practice. In my classes, yoga is accessible to everyone.
